They freaking delayed it!

I was really into the idea of the "Ghostbusters" game. Full cast, competent script writers, and the footage looked excellent. I think it's as early as March '09, but possibly as late as June to coincide with the 25th anniversary. (original release: 10/21/2008)

I waited for twilight princess for 2 years, all the way back when it was ocarina of time 2 for the Gamecube and we were all wondering what the revolution's controller was going to look like.

Prototype, hearing about its delay made me slam my head into a wall repeatedly for two whole hours (I usually only do it for one).

If you can still remember banging your head against a wall after doing it for that long, you really aren't as dedicated to the game in question as you think.

I have had a lot of practice, so it doesn't really affect me.

Well, I was looking forward to Tiberium, but that got delayed..... then cancelled.

It got cancelled because whoever is incharge of quality control saw it was a crap game.

We are talking EA's quality control here, so it must have really bought it.

No, it got canceled because it didn't meet EA's minimum potential DLC spam quota. Besides, we all know that "EA quality control" is a bigger myth than French military victories or the female orgasm.

Anyway, as of right now, the two games that got delayed that I wanted the most are Rise of the Argonauts and Prototype. Oh, and whatever the hell is going to eventually happen to Brutal Legend.

I will say, however, that if said delay makes the game less buggy or returns content that would have otherwise been cut I'd rather just deal with the delay. I wish that Obsidian had not been forced to push out KOTOR2 to meet the Fall Sales season and had been given a few extra months to get all of their content worked up.

Same here. Been looking forward to that game for a long while. It seems like a darker version of Crackdown. (of which I LOVED to no end) Also, Left 4 Dead. Technically, it should have been released at least twice by now. Quality takes time, I suppose.

Team Fortress 2 and the Orange Box, but for now its Left 4 Dead, my god i cant wait for that game to come out! also movie wise im still waiting for them to release Trick R Treat, from what ive heard the movie is bad ass and scary as hell yet they still wont release it!!

Half Life Episode 3...Can't believe i have to wait so long for 5-something hours of gameplay.

And i don't even want to think about how long europeans (and aussies, before one of them gets a hissy fit) are going to wait for Rock Band 2.

I was looking forward to rockband but we still dont have it in Australia and America has Rockband 2, so screw em. I aint paying full price for something when they've taken this long to feed Australia their leftovers. I'll just go with Guitar Hero - World Tour because at least their conciderate enough to make the release dates similar... i mean more than a year difference is just ridiculous.
