First off where is my poll, second do you have proof they said it'd be free. Until I have official statements from Activision in your post, I will not believe such.

you have a PC, surely you can handle them charging for a product you have no intention of paying for.

I want a poll to vote on and Activision is a big company. Big companies lie. That is the truth. To be honest, I haven't bought a Call of Duty game since 2004.
Guess what? People are going to pay for it regardless of what you have to say about it. So is Activision going to give out free stuff and make no profit off of everyone downloading it? Or are they going to make half the people who play, pay, and make an insane profit off of sheer volume? Think about it.

Actually it was, maps on the PC have always been free, Modders have always created maps for the community, with MW2, no dedicated servers so Activision got rid of the compeition and can charge what they want.GreatVladmir said:

Oh I WISH PC users got treated like console users! Then we wouldn't be left out of a ton of great releases that come out on everything EXCEPT the PC. Also, we wouldn't get crappy ports but rather games that are properly ported over to our platform. Oh yeah, you guys really have it bad...Seras said:
