Ya'know earlier today when I was taking my dog to the vet I met a guy with an 18 year old cat that was still going strong. I'm sure your's has many good years ahead of it.Connor Lonske said:My cat is about to die.Hes 13 years old and is getting sicker by the day.I don't know how i'm going to deal with that. sad face

This. Always and forever, this. Except it did make me cry, at least the first time I watched it, and it gets me pretty damn close every time. Of course, it's also the rebound from the inspiring speech the Prez makes before hand that gets me all pumped up. Then that shit happens and i feel guilty for being pumped earlier. Silly, right?Gxas said:I haven't found the thing that makes me cry, although the scene in Independence Day where the dad flies into the ship always gets me close. I even watched the movie twice in a row and almost cried both times at the same part.
Yeh, Hughes death in the manga is bad too. That's what I'm comparing the anime to, the manga. I just think the manga is so much better than the anime is, it frustrates me that they screwed up such a good series. I understand that an anime shouldn't be exactly the same as the manga (then you get annoying dipshits like myself that talk about what's going to happen next because we've read the manga), but you should retain a good story and character development.Gormourn said:I don't know, I actually LOVE the end of FMA. They could've messed it up so badly if both survived and went on their merry way.
It's probably my favorite anime series... Also, the death and funeral of Hughes or whatever the funny man's name was is definitely dramatic.
Stop spoiling it damnit!RagnorakTres said:Yeh, Hughes death in the manga is bad too. That's what I'm comparing the anime to, the manga. Also, Lust's death in the manga is just AWESOME! And Envy's is shaping up to be even more epic.
