It really isn't hard to use at least basic grammar and spelling. Like I said, I'm not too bothered by people who misspell common words, or use a comma where they should use a semi-colon. And I don't buy the time constraints argument either, unless it's an emergency situation. If you care so little about a conversation that typing you instead of u is too much to ask, then why should you then expect others to care about what you have to say? People who are unable to be quiet. Can't stand it. That probably makes me sound antisocial, but I promise I am not. I enjoy talking with people. I don't mind others having conversations at a reasonable volume. I don't mind listening to a long story that someone wants to share with me.

But still, I have limits. If I am clearly busy, do not talk to me unless it is something urgent, or we don't see each other often, or you happen to be my boyfriend... which nobody reading this is.

Also, if someone (teacher, announcer, etc.) is trying to speak to a crowd, then shut the hell up. Seriously.

And last but not least, don't talk endlessly without giving me a chance to talk back. Conversations should be two sided, not just "you listen quietly while I talk gossip for a few hours". And even after over an hour, you get mad at me when I interrupt you once because I have to go do something? Really? Do you consider your opinions about every single person on campus that important?

God it annoys me so much. I should be used to it. People trying to do things their own way and thinking they're 'okay' when they need to see a doctor. I like to think I can spot some signs, and do some things correctly. So when I see someone grumbling about how their stomach hurts and then I find out it's food poisoning I might just leave them. I just started a new job and I'm currently working in the basement because that's where archivists live and the only way to get to my office is using the elevator. I feel so pathetic getting it down one floor from reception but the only staircase is only for use in case of emergency.

Everything. Some of them are stupid, and some of them less so, but all of them annoy me more than they should. Everything that happens while driving. I know they're just trying to be polite, and wish me a good day or whatever, but the default "I'm inserting my god into this social interaction" always throws me off. Also, I hate the way some singers do "vocal gymnastics" with songs. It's usually christmas songs, but any time some singer, usually a female singer from what I've seen, starts going up and down the vocal range while singing some song. It's usually some "classic" and they're "spicing it up" with their own flavor, but all it sounds like to me is vocal masturbation. Also, conspiracy theories. They are almost under the same umbrella as the first group, except while the first thrives on ignorance, the latter does so on cynicism and paranoia. I mean, have you seen the amount of conspiracy theories rising up from the whole Charlie Hebdo ordeal?! And if 9/11, Kennedy and Moon-landing conspiracies have taught me anything, they will only get worse, dumber and even more widespread with time. And, being the idiot I am, I always try to argue with these people for no apparent avail, which would be no big deal except one of these people is my own father.
