Me, I can't do push-ups. I'm double jointed in my elbow and possibly my wrists, so I can't bend them the way you have to in order to do a push up. My double-jointedness is also why I can't do bench press.
Since I was BORN double jointed and quite flexible above average, yet I get the one of the highest grades in gym class and also go to the average gym everyday without a problem.
So yea, less excuses and more workout
