I found this awesome thread on Gaia a while ago, so I thought I'd start it here...So, anyway, the point of this is to imagine what would happen if video game characters acted completely unexpectedly. For example:
Zelda: Oh Link, please come to my rescue! You must traverse 10 dangerous, trap filled dungeons, collect numerous ancient relics, and fight the physical manifestation of evil itself in order to rescue me!
Link: Ummmmmm....No thanks....
Zelda: What do you mean no thanks?! you're the hero chosen by the goddesses themselves to kill Ganon and bring balance and order to the kingdom! You can't just say no!
Link: Ummmm....Hey! look at the time! I forgot, I have an octorock cooking on the fire...Don't want to burn it! Good luck with getting saved and all that!
Zelda: .......Dick........
Come to think of it, Link saying anything at all is out of character...
