So what are some of the interesting things you learned from games? I learned from Gears of War 1 that the fastest way to win a big woman over, is to fry her with an orbital laser

If ever you go to a funeral, stay away from the deceased... If he has martyrdom on, all those mourners at the open casket are about to be in for a treat...

Welcome to the Escapist! I hope you enjoy your stay with us. Please ignore the body under the stairs and Doug, the troll outside. There some things you may want to look [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.116827] at [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.112832] before you continue to post.

If I get shot, I just have to hide a while, and my health will go back up.

Anyone want to test this theory? I'll gice you a head start...

the only true death happens when it involves 3 red LED lights in a certain pattern.

Not only is it ok to eat food you find in boxes, barrels, etc. They also heal you

If you get hit enough times or hit enough people, you can use a super attack that kills everyone near you instantly: You take no damage of course

People don't actually die: They come back moments later in a slightly different place

Connecting 3 or more bricks of the same color make them dissapere

If someone has spiky, technocolor-hair, a flamboyant outfit and, an outrageous weapon, they are likely the only person/ people capable of saving the world from outrageous monsters named after the Gods worshipped by ancient civilizations

As long as you are able to get them into the balls, small animals will do your bidding with no other, prior training (or shock collars)

one can pilot and vehicle or use any weapon with no prior training/ certification

Not only is one capable of wearing enough armor to reinforce a volkswagon van but, while wearong that same armor one can jump straight up 1 - 2.5 meters...

...and run faster than your unarmored foes

other people have little/no short term memory

You can't kill children. No matter how hard you try

Zombie outbreaks are inevetable and always breed things more horrible than zombies...

...and yet your average guy/gal can still survive it

using ether makes you good at using magic...

...without getting you high -cough-

A woman's probability of survival is inversely proportional to the amount of clothing she is wearing.

When you are born, you drop out of the sky (a stork?) and are completely invincible for a short time.
All martial arts women wear revealing clothes and have great bodies.
All martial arts men have rippling muscles and angry expressions.
If someone other than you dies, they disappear.
Whenever huge, fat, evil men are about to die, they begin flashing red or yellow.
No matter how long you fight, you can always fight again.
Your death is reversible, just keep an eye on those icons.
Carpe diem! You still have lives left!

Pure manliness can absorb bullets and heal wounds.

Pointman means army-of-one.

Following your 'Destiny' will more than likely lead to your death as a martyr. Especially if there are easier and more effective alternatives. *cough* Fallout 3 *cough*.

Well I played COD2 instead of revising for my Nazi Germany exam, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't count as 'learning'

There are health packs randomly laying on the ground. Only you will use them.
