Failure and letting people get too close to me (in a personal not physical way).

Water. I have an incredibly bad case of hydrophobia...

And I have a little bit of claustrophobia, as well. It's mainly just if I have to move around in places like fairs or conventions, it /horrifies/ me. If I'm just sitting down or I know I don't have to move in a really crowded place, I'm fine. I'm likely fine in really tight spaces where there's no people, as well. But if I'm trying to move around in an area where tons of people are all around me... Euuuuuuuugh.... It's not as bad as my hydrophobia, though.

-Getting old.
-Open water. Imagine you're having a merry old time in the ocean, when all of the sudden the sea floor drops away. You look under water and see a vast, dark abyss in front of you, and realize that you're slowly drifting/into towards it. Then you flail around in a desperate attempt to escape back to the shore.

Terrifying.

-The implications of dying (the total nothingness, etc.)
-Being buried alive.
-Caves. I had a hard time watching The Descent, because of how enclosed and dark it was.

Funnily enough, things like heights and spiders don't scare me.

Spiders, heights, and my house. (In my defense my house was built in 1730, and some of our family's friends including my dad's employee are terrified of staying over in certain rooms)

I guess the only "weird" or unusual phobia I have is a mild case of trypophobia.
I just Googled that, and I so wish I hadn't. The images that came up reminded me of something which disturbed the hell out of me on one of my occasional visits to 4chan.

More fool me, I guess.
Aw, honey, you found the lotus boob, didn't you? I'm so sorry.
Oh yes, I remember my first time. Ahh the memories...

Spiders. My parents like to scoop them up and toss them outside. I destroy them on sight while shuddering like a little girl.

I have deep-seeded issues with abandonment, and my fear of rejection is pretty bad too...other than that...the biggest thing that terrifies me is Kids These Days, and it has to be bad if i'm using that term when i'm only 18. The difference between a 15 year old and a 20 year old is fucking astonishing in Australia.

Wasp : That damn sound they make when they fly,and their dedication in making remind me that they are there.

Drowning/suffocation : I don't fear water.
Its what happen if I would drown that scare the shit out of me. Being alive while you can feel loss of air and the compulsion in your lungs desperatly trying to get more air. But instead water start filling up.
The last thing you will feel is your lugns giving up and the vision fading away due to lack of oxygion.

And accidentally drinking old milk.

- Bodies of water that I can't see the other side of. My ex-mother-in-law took me and my ex-husband out to one of the lakes when we were in Illinois, and realizing that I couldn't see the other shore made me queasy.

- The dark. Silly, maybe, but I am utterly terrified of the dark. Funny thing, I am perfectly comfortable with being blindfolded.

- Lightning strikes. The thought of being struck by lightning frightens the hell out of me, even when I'm inside.
