it doesnt just have to be 100% completion (which I dont really understand if it doesnt add anything to the game)

it can be anything...somthing that might break your imersion or REALLY botheres you or you get annoyed if it isnt there

for me its the cutscenes being in sync...after a few bad experiences with a couple of games its the 1# I look out for/obsess over....scrutanizing thir mouths for the "tiniest" bit of deviation from the audio...when thats probably really not a good thing (and distracts from my enjoyment)

another thing is If I notice the same "set" NPC's or props over and over again to the point where it annoys me

Getting noses and mouth to look right in any game I can custom make a character. If there is a pre-set version of a character that looks good (Mass Effect's Shepard) then I won't both changing them but in cases like Saint's Row and TES, they have to be changed with the perfect lower face!

(hint) besides spelling? (hint)

This:

I honestly can't stand it and will avoid games totally dependent on it.

Char customizing and naming. Even if I can't see what my char looks like my ocd kicks me in the ass till I make everything just right. And when it comes to naming thing I end up spending an hr looking at the screen wondering which name I should use for X person, or Y pet/clan/vehicle.

Pretty much the character customability and getting hold of the rare weapons and items to a certain amount (I'm not willing to spend a whole week just to get one rare weapon).

I restarted Morrowind at least 10 times before I ever left Balmora (the second city you visit) because I hated the look/skills of my character. I have that problem in just about any game where you can customise appearance and other things from the beginning.

In FPS's, it's always about having a set of stock weapons (typically pistol, assault rifle & sniper rifle). I will always scour about the map as bullets are showering to find the weapon I need. Mildly OCPD, but it's not as bad as I am in the Total War series. Field armies have to be along a certain model. In N:TW, as the Prussians, it was the best as I could take my time scraping my artillery together to form a full stack army with: one character; one light cavalry; one lancer cavalry; one heavy cavalry; five artillery batteries; four line infantry; four light infantry; two skirmishers; plus one other unit of whatever's kicking about. I do this every time I play a CA title, can't help myself.

The fact that if you give your customization character the wrong skill attributes in the beginning of the game (because you, y'know, don't know what's going to happen!?), the rest of the game can be a complete hell because of that.

Example: Specializing in Unarmed combat in Fallout 3. Until you get better weapons like a Deathclaw Gauntlet or Power Fist, the game will be hard to play through due to the skill you chose.

I like to be super thorough in every room/area I am in. I will spend far to much time exploring every nook and crannie. It will drive my friends nuts sometimes, them " THERE IS NOTHING OVER THERE YOU'VE LOOKED AT THAT SPOT TWICE ALREADY" me, "but I might have missed something".
