As for me, I'll go with some name dropping as well. I went to high school with Sean and Nick Plott, two of the best Star Craft players in the world (at least they were back in high school...I know that Nick actually does commentary for SC tournaments now). Watching Nick play was absolutely mind-blowing.
Oh, and I beat them both in a FFA on the Three Kingdoms map...but only because I swooped in with a swarm of mutas while they were busy fighting each other. :3
I have a signed Skyrim map by the core development team and I've been called an literary genius by multiple English professors are the two things that I think are pretty cool about me, but no one else really seems to care.

Definitely acquainted with the feeling. I play guitar and I write music. Mostly metal. A lot of times, I feel like I've come up with the most world-crushingly awesome riff and I show people and no one gives half a damn. I mean, positive or negative. I've begged for criticism over praise and I can't even get that. Most people I know don't seem to have any particular love for music (or at least heavy music) and almost none of them are musicians. So I dunno if that's the problem or if I'm just awful and no one wants to tell me...?

I am rather-good at walking, running, and jumping quietly. I found it out when a friend of mine who did freerunning took me on a rooftop climb at night, and we had to be quiet so we we're mistaken for thieves.
It made me feel like a ninja, although I'm pretty sure nobody but me could give anything approaching a shit about the loudness of anyone's steps.

I don't know...I SS-ranked Armored Core for Answer and wrote a guide for how to do it. About 1 other person got use out of it. Also, did a 1v4 invasion mission in Armored Core V single-handedly with a tank in Alpine.
I pulled off a 80-hit combo in BlazBlue with Lambda-11 last night. I was really proud of myself, but no one else really cared. I could probably extend it further if I incorporate Legacy Edge into it again, but that would mean that I can't finish it with Calamity Sword...
I'm also a stealthy guy. My general dislike of unnecessary noise has caused me to learn how to walk while avoiding making as much sound as possible. It's kind of hard, though, considering how creaky my house's floorboards are.

I can crack puns with the best of them. I mean, I got zerged by veteran giant risen chickens in GW2 the other night, but after some impeccable combat tactics I had no problems dealing with the foul undead fowl.

Oh, yes. I've gotten really good at Minecraft for only having played it a couple months. I'm better than all my friends on Xbox LIVE, bar two who seem to be on my level. But those two have access to the PC version, and I'm fairly certain one of them actively uses my building style as inspiration to work from.

I have an 8 button mouse. One button closes the tab if it's something with tabs and the window if it's something else. One closes the window even if it's something with tabs. One refreshes, summons the radial menu if I drag down, summons the games radial menu if I move up, and moves back and forward if I go left or right. One adds the html tags around what I have selected for linking. One uncloses tabs. The right mouse button can mute, play and pause, and go to the and last track. Finally the middle button takes me to my most used sites.
