Ok, i don't even know where to start but a third attack? really? i think it's just a rumor though, one with a weak background to back it up as well.
plus"A group of hackers says it is planning another wave of cyberattacks against Sony in retaliation for its handling of the PlayStation Network breach" that sounds like a stupid reason to me. what do you guys think?

And that, kids, is why being a hacker is not cool. Sony as a corporation are suffering mildly, one of their many departments has lost out on business. They still make TVs and all the rest. The real people suffering are not "The man" its the users.

That's the stupidest thing I've read in a while and probably will be for some time. I really hope it's just a rumour, but if not, well... I don't really know what to say.

These guys might be brilliant at computers and hacking, but if this is happening and this is their reasoning, something is seriously wrong inside their brains. There's not really anything we can do but wait and see, as I've said all along, the only thing I really want is for PSN to go back up, so that I can use it again.

From the article said:
The people involved plan to publicize all or some of the information they are able to copy from Sony's servers, which could include customer names, credit card numbers, and addresses, according to the source.
If this is true... how the fuck would that help anyone?

Believe it when I see it.

And Im not necessarily against the idea of using hacking as a form of protest, but any political or social statement you may have made, goes right out the window the second you start stealing peoples stuff.

Also, the whole logic of, You where hacked and handled it poorly so we're going to hack you again, is a logical fail of epic proportions. You really want to protest? Hit Sony where it hurts... stop buying Sony products, thats going to send a much clearer message then vilifying yourselves ever will.

So presumably the fourth attack will by justified by saying that "as sony failed to protect us from our own attack we will strike again", is it me or is this just a massive vicious circle that just bites itself in the ass?

damnit a$$holes,I don't have a PS3 myself, but I really feel bad for all the ones out there who do that suffer from all this selfish pissing contest. I hope the FBI find these hackers and punish them
