Ok lol there was a black mat on the floor by the feet of the elevator. It was about a foot and a half too short and her head slammed against the floor. It was an accident, thats why he kept saying she's fine because he didn't know she really hit her head... despite the loud sound it made.

It didn't appear to be staged to me. Back in the day I learned how to fall without getting hurt and she didn't do anything to soak the impact; her head took the full force of the impact, which one wouldn't do if it were a joke or publicity stunt. There was probably no permanent damage since the back of your skull is rather hard, but she looked to be out cold.

Heh, I like how he kept saying "She's fine" as more and more people keep coming out from backstage to look at her.
