Everyone will blame the banking system for the current financial crisis.
Failing that, everyone will go back to their favourite punching-bag America.

No mention of Muslims? Have we forgotten already the cries of "zomg Muslime!" when Obama was elected? Does Cronulla ring no Australian bell?

I think that Muslims are becoming the Jews of the 21st Century. Of course, the scapegoating won't be state-sponsored, but I'd be surprised if I didn't see some sort of Muslimwatch.com over the next few years.

They don't have one already? I really think that they probably do. That's just the kind of world we live in. Also MY generation isn't responsible for this mess, my PARENT's generation is. MY generation hasn't fucked up the world yet.

This generation's scapegoat seems to be 'Everyone Else', but it was started back in the 80's. People just don't seem to want to take responsibility for their actions, not when there's a cheap lawyer that will do it and promise you 100% of the settlement.

Probably Muslims and asylum seekers. God fordbid, Muslim asylum seekers. They seem to be the first two the Daily Mail shouts about.
