This is too damn much

As a creative writer, I have rather a lot of projects on the go. Every so often I like to count how many words I've written in each of the books I'm working on.

The most recent word count came out at 817,502 words. This is not including songs I've written, which probably come to about 60,000 extra words, or the pages and pages of notes, which in some cases comprise more words than the books themselves.

So I think it's safe to say that quantity wise, I have written rather a lot of stories. My question to you lovely escapists, do you have projects? Stories, plays, scripts, songs. poems? How much do you write? Do you even know, or do you forget things when they're finished? Feel free to post things as well, but I do believe there are other forum threads for that. This is just for showing off how much you've written.

You know 50,000 words qualifies as a novel?
You should think about getting some of it published.

Edit: I started a novel - got to around 40,000 words. Then my computer crashed, the hard drive couldn't be salvaged, so I lost everything. I haven't written anything big since then.

Well last weak i had to put every letter in alphabetical order in a sentence as words example a big cat destroyed everything...
Any whays i was the first of three people to make one sentence. I found the loop whole known as Proper Nouns

Well, I am currently writing a book, a script for a game, working on maps for a game, and I have a couple of dead Oblivion mod projects. I still hope to finish the book, and I also hope to write a script for a movie that I will make next year.

I've wrote a couple short stories and a song or two. Although they're more like poems.

I've never really wrote anything big or in a series because I usually get somewhere and think I'm bored of this or get wrapped up in something else and never find myself in the mood to write that same thing again.

Although I do have a pretty big plan for a big story I was thinking of continuing.

I've got three different stories that I'm writing currently, and I'm going back and doing an overhaul on at least one of them because I feel that I botched it up at the beginning. As a rule I try (that's the operative word here, people that follow my work know better) to write a new chapter or so every week, but that never seems to happen. My current word count's somewhere around 256000 or so split between them all.

yeah, meh i started writing a novel gor like 30K words into it and HDD just fried in a power surge, i swore and RAGED for days like RAGE and just couldnt be fucked going back, might yet some day

My word count is about 40,000 but that is mostly planning and unlinked scenes, written when I felt passionate about them.

I'm a terribly slow writer, I doubt I'll ever finish a novel.

I don't write... I remember struggling to write 1000 word essays for English GCSE. I like to consider myself a numbers guy. Hence I studied a maths degree.
