I don't think I gave enough credit to the naysayers, after downloading some High-Res screenshots, reading about the online, etc. - I can see the gripe with the game.

I fully agree. As has been mentioned already, come on... it's Blizzard. They know what they're doing. Don't discredit fifteen years of excellent game design because of a few screenshots.
