Not even with Thor. I don't even know the plot of the story or know anything about the comic hero Thor. A movie still doesn't interest me. I'll wait for the trailer.Quiet Stranger said:
A true-believer in what? Norse Mythology, because I doubt that other then Loki, Odin and Thor, you will need to know much for this movie. Being familiar with Thor as of recently (I own all three current volumes of JMS's run) I have to say that I'm totally loving that they went with his "Modern" look, because the bright blue pants on the "classic" thor were a little gay. 
That being said, not sure how much I'm liking the thin beard (with Thor it needs to be "Grizzly Adams Style" or nothing at all) and his arm looks a little plastic-y (in the comics it is like chain mail or plate armor). But all in all, I'm pretty impressed!
Now lets hope he still looks cool with the feather helmet on....

Ya, I get it. But as I said before, I don't read many, if any, comic books. I know of Stan Lee, I know what he has created. But he doesn't differ the fact that you cannot judge wether a movie will be good or not based on a picture of what Thor will look like!Quiet Stranger said:

In case of comic book based movie: im excited! i usually like superhero movies.
In case of movie based on norse mythology: FUCK THAT! (viking speaking) Thor wouldnt look one bit like that! - Look at any depiction of him, and you will find that he looks like a viking, not a young business man in a fancy halloween costume.
on that second one: I know im trolling, but i've been tought norse mythology as cultural heritage, so this annoys me like hell.
