So, The Last of Us is officially out, and the reviews are pretty much what everyone expected: really good. Now, as so many of us are painfully aware, if you don't have a PS3, and don't have the material wealth to buy one right now, we're in for a bit of a wait (specifically, until we can find a heavily discounted PS3 once the PS4 launches) if we want to give this game a shot.
I'm here to ask a simple question of all who are in the same boat as I (and from the looks of things, there appear to be an awful lot of people in this boat)... Is there anything in particular that you will be doing while the PS3 owners enjoy their new release?
Perhaps nothing will change, and you will continue on your merry way without a care in the world. Or maybe it will all be too much, and you'll seek solace at the bottom of a bottle (hey, it could happen). Personally, I'll be expending most of my mental energy trying not to think about the game (for the next few weeks) and being damn sure I don't risk stumbling onto any spoilers (for a good while longer).
