Thoughts on Q.U.B.E.?

OK, so I just watched the trailer for "Q.U.B.E." (trailer below) and the first thing that went through my mind was "Portal". Now, even though it does appear to be ripping off "Portal", I'm still going to play it, because I love puzzle platformers and there are very few releases for that genre (I can't wait to play "Quantum Conundrum").
I'm also intrigued, because this looks like the kind of blank slate for what "Portal" would feel like if there wasn't all that dark humour backstory. So anyway, what are your opinions about it? And, perhaps more importantly, do you want to play it?

I don't think it rips off portal.

You may as well say Portal ripped off mental asylums.

Portal's big selling point was portals, I see none.

Conclusion, not a rip-off.

That's an interesting argument. Although, to be honest, I was refering more to the general asthetic and first-person puzzle-solving theme that is very similar to Portal's.
