Admit it, discuss it, and revel in the thought.

I'd love to be a Mumm-Ra minion.

dunno, sounds like a cool idea but wouldnt really be anything more than a gimmick whihc would quickly wear off. Since it's a TV show it will be like the matrix online. At first everyone will go "THAT'S COOL!" then about a month or so after the 30 day free trial people will start dying out as they realise there's nothing you can really do which makes you want to play and it insults the show.....

Dost thou not mean Mumm-Ra?

I watched this show back in the day and thought it was lame then, and don't get why everyone is all nostalgic about it now. Of course He-Man was just as goofy and I loved He-Man.

No Thundercats for me. Ninja Turtle MMO? Not sure how you'd do it, but yes. Yes, indeed.

No.
Never.
Won't.

Of ALL the stupid 80's Cartoons I grew up on to bastardize into a game, why -THUNDERCATS-? It's not particularly witty, or unique, or inventive... so why?

Aside, it's worth noting most of the 80's childhood properties started out alot more ADULT in their original form before they got turned into cartoon shows... TNMT used to kill people and in the first comic, assasinated someone and threw them through Shredders window to send a message.

The Original He-Man was about a barbarian wandering a post apocolyptic wasteland- Castle Greyskull was a military installation with ancient lost technoligy, He-Man found it and was empowered to protect it against the warlord Skeletor. Now that would make a good Fallout 3 Mod... Skeletor the Ghoul!

Uhh... when Thundercats started everyone was naked?

Also, Snarfy snarf snarf.

If Hello Kitty can get a MMO, I don't see why the Thundercats wouldn't be viable...

Well, except for the fact it's a long-dead franchise that originally aired (checks wikipedia) 1985-1990. It apparently had a series of games out for the computers of the time [http://www.mobygames.com/game/c64/thundercats/screenshots].

It had a brief revival on Cartoon Network, but I'm guessing that didn't go over very well.

Oh gods, introducing "all the stupid 80's Cartoons" into the equation. Shirt Tales [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3FQGaqFJ7U] the MMOG. *shudder* (Well, the Furrys would like it.)
