I see an epic jedi style spinning and lump slashing through a hailstorm of blades towards my opponent. I could get onboard with that.

The user may influence madness or fear to emotions, which is useful in combat.

Sounds alright I guess. We could have a very obvious Light Vs. Dark sort of thing going on where he/she wanders around contaminating people and I could probably go around and heal the people under their influence.

Nemesis: Victory Embodiment

The user of this ability is the embodiment of victory and glory. User has the power to grant others victory and also prevent opponents from winning or being victorious.

Nemesis: Titan Physiology

User can draw power and abilities connected to the Titans, the second generation of Divine Beings in Greek Mythology.

The Titans ruled by descendants of Gaia and Uranus and overthrown in Titanomachy. Those Titans who fought against Olympians were imprisoned and/or punished, while those that either assisted them or stayed neutral were left free.

...So let me get this straight. My nemesis rolls have thus far resulted in them gaining holy power, the ability to embody the concept of victory itself, and the ability to draw on the power of the Titans. Yikes.

Me: Life-Force Generation

The power to exude pure life energy. A sub-power of Life Creation and Life-Force Manipulation.

Users can exude life-force/life energy, since this is initially simple generation, low-level users cannot do much with it. Higher-level users can begin controlling the life-force their body secretes, but they cannot even begin to manipulate, or really control it masterfully until they have reached an understanding within themselves, as it were, for mastery requires not only an unusually high ability-level to control it, but also to understand the innermost intricacies.

...I'm really not sure what that even means, to be honest. I mean I know what they're talking about when they use Chidori from Persona 3 as an example, but then they also specify several characters from Dragonball Z for what I can only assume are unrelated reasons (Page image uses Goku's Kaio-Ken attack as an example, it cites Frieza's race presumably due to his capacity to sustain himself in the depths of space, Namekians presumably due to their regenerative ability)...then Ninjas in Naruto, Yusuke in Yu Yu Hakasho...

And the varied applications really aren't helping here, and I get the feeling I really shouldn't assume access to all of those powers. Any advice as to what I should assume here, OP? Or should I disregard it?

Don't really understand the power death aspect manifestation-But could just teleport him to somewhere there is no life nearby(such as a rock in outerspace or some lifeless dimension). Should work.

My Nemesis has a Soul-Bound Weapon; something unique to him that only he can unlock the full potential of and which likely increases his overall attributes. This is actually pretty awesome since my Nemesis could easily be a friend or lover who is merely possessed by the weapon (as Soul Weapons can have their own sentience).

Aerokinetic Construct Manipulation or, the ability to make tools, weapons, limbs, etc out of air by manipulating winds etc...sounds pretty awesome! I could go up against the Soul Edge with a wide array of wind-made weapons. If my nemesis is a Soul Weapon itself which has possessed a loved one then I could potentially just blow away the weapon from said person...or if that fails, lop off their limb and try to give them a new one made out of...wind...possibly...

Although a caveat on my power mentions:

Unless the user has Fireproof Skin or Thermal Resistance, setting self on fire could be dangerous.

And since I don't know if I have either of those abilities, this might be a real quick fight.

The user is capable of projecting maser blasts from their mouth. The maser energy can combine electromagnetism, radiation and microwaves to create maser blasts which can almost disintegrate everything in the most destructive way.

Ouch, my nemesis has it rough. I mean, not only would my power outclass his if they clashed, (Assuming vapors from the acid don't get in my face) but a small amount of sand, dirt, etc. in his eyes would disable him long enough for me to finish him off.

So my Nemesis can control gravity all around him to repulse or attract anything (like Pain from Naruto). Well fuck - that's a scary power.

But I can create any cartoon and bring it to life to fight for me. In that case I could, if nothing else, create my opponent in cartoon form and have them fight themselves. However, they'd probably understand their powers and have more practise with them than I... so I don't see that going well.

I could bring a whole bunch of Dittos (or any other shape shifting creatures) to life and trick the enemy. Make it look like I summoned rocks or something and wait for the enemy to try and "throw" them at me. When he/she brings them close, morph them into Bob-ombs and blow them to pieces.

Or hell, I could just bring legendary Pokemon to life. Gravity is scary but so is fighting Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Groudon, Kyogre, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem and Arceus at the same time! If all else, I can throw plenty of OP anime characters at the enemy until they give in. There is no shortage of them.

So my enemy has Bone manipulation. I have Terrakinetic constructs.

I'd just rock his world with rocks. It would be an interesting bout of imagination as we compete to outthink the other and create counters to each other. In the end though, I have access to obsidian, granite, and even diamonds (and possibly steels) while he just has organic materials like bone. I should be able to defeat them fairly reliably.

Battle: If he goes by air, make and throw boulders at him if they miss I'll just throw myself on one goal is to smash the wings and ground him if close enough with boulder in air possible to encase his body in said boulder, could make spikes shoot up depends on how fast he is in the air, another possibility is aggro him then when he gets close to me close us off in a rock like dome and constrict (if on grass easier cause I can burrow out with earth manipulation same with rock but ground seems easier)

My Nemesis has Blindsight. He is a mix of Daredevil and Zatoichi.
I got Nature Lordship. The ability to control everything in the environment (elements, landscape, living creatures) that doesn't sound fair... re-rolling.
Now I got Temporal Rewind. The ability to rewind myself and the environment in time. So, I am the Prince of Prince of Persia.

In that case, its easy. I would lure him to attack me, rewind and counter until I connect...

My nemesis' power: Power Via Blood

The blood of user may have mystical, cosmic or any type of special properties granting powers to the user. The abilities can come from the blood type, ex: flammable blood can give fire manipulation, acidic blood can gives acid manipulation or healing blood can gives healing skills.

Yup, that seems like a supervillain power.

My power: Pessimism Inducement

The user can induce pessimism into anyone who is around them, and make them think more negatively about something. This can be used to make it so people may believe that something will never get better, about the world or about their live, and make it so they don't think positively.

Goddammit. Well, guess I have to make the most of it. I am Pessimism Man!

The fight:

Right off the bat my nemesis goes for his razor. As he reaches into his pocket I hit him with my super-pessimistic thoughts, causing him to become convinced that he'll never be able to actually break his skin because his mother never loved him. He drops the blade on the ground and sits down to have a nice cry. I grab the razor, but I can't stick him with it because that'll turn his power on, so instead I run away as fast as I can.

Eventually my nemesis gets over his sorrow and remembers that he needs to kill me. He grabs his backup knife, slits his wrists and takes to the skies like Alex Mercer from Prototype. Eventually he spots me in a boat, rowing furiously away from the shore, and flies towards me. As soon as he's over my head I hit him with my pessimism powers again, causing him to become convinced that he's terrible at flying and fails at everything he tries. The sadness overwhelms him and my nemesis plunges out of the sky and into the ocean, where his bleeding wrists attract Jaws. After his meal Jaws turns to me, but I use my powers to make him think he's fat and nobody likes a fat shark, so he swims away to go cry (or whatever it is sad sharks do).

My nemesis has Personal Reality:

User can create an alternate fantasy world in which they can control everything, and even transfer real objects/beings into the fantasy world and the reverse, including themselves.

I, myself, have Cosmic Teleportation:

The user can transport themselves, others and objects anywhere in the universe with a mere thought. They may also be potentially able to teleport massive objects such as planets, suns and even galaxies depending on their strength.

Talk about a Yin/Yang situation.

Hmm, I think I'd just have to keep attacking without thinking so that they don't get as much of an edge in dodging, or maybe just find a way to shield my thoughts, a lead helmet or something.

NEMESIS: Psionic Signal Placemnt. >

The user can cause individuals to emit a psionic signal compelling others to run away or flock toward the desired subject. Whoever is around the desired subject has no control over their actions and will subconsciously desire to move toward or away from the psionally signalled being. The user can choose the number of people who would be affected by the signal. The user's power can also work in other ways like instilling the signal for a person to run away from the user if the user desires that person to do so. In this manner, the user uses their signal placement on a person and the person will just start to running away with no control whatsoever and not even knowing why.

Limitations: range is short to touch. Does not instill desire to fight, or any combat abilities to tagged. In no way overrides personality, or free wlil, other than the need to Flee or Gather to a person. EX: Tag, Kerrigan




ME! : Aerokinetic Invisibility. >

The user can become invisible when in/on/touching air.



Hazards / Limitations: Confers no special physiological or combat abilities. Does not confer Intangibility, easy to reveal with sand / water etc. Sufficient Hearing or enhanced senses such as smell can detect me.




The Fight:

As my Nemesis' ability relies on being able to detect me, and has no special ability to do so, He or She is at a MASSIVE disadvantage. I see primary uses being abduction of VIP's for Hostage situations / meat-shields or swarms. Up to and including my friends / family / lover. There is a high degree of "It's a Trap" involved, and Zero tolerance for collateral damage. However as there is neither any degree of manipulation, nor any Psionic connection to those tagged, My Invisibility remains a trump card. KO dart / gas guns and some silenced pistols plus a generous supply of throwing and combat knives and I'm set.
