Time off

Hey. So what do escapists do at the weekend? What do you do when you just want to relax? Or have time off from work/school/college and want to have great night? Drink? Drugs? Or do you just watch a movie with a few friends?

I personally drink every weekend I can. Alcohol turns a good time into a great time. When I want to just relax, its generally video games or a movie in a friends house. Usually with some weed.

Last Saturday: 7.5km run, dinner with the folks, drinks with my mates (pass out around 3am).

That's pretty typical except normally do the long run on Sundays.

Generally keep it quiet on the Friday, beer and films with mates. Saturday can be whatever. Not really a drug person.

Probably play 2-3 hours of games each day. Assuming I've got nothing better on.

Visit the missus in Leeds of a weekend if I'm not working. Typical Fri involves some sort of party consisting of a cocktail of drink ganja good mates and on random occasions, what the chemist has in stock.

Saturdays like to go to new places travel the country, to see museums exhibitions e.g modern art, sculptures and the likes.

Sundays I like to relax with a good film and a chinese, I have a degree in T.v Production so I quite like art house films, documentries and deeper films about homosexual cowboys.

I game, play online poker and have many racks of pool with my housemates during the week. Spreading my around the afforementioned and Fallout3.

I write, play guitar, go out drinking some nights, try to meet people and make freinds or pick up if im in the mood, other than that, i clean and do washing or go back down south

I clean the clocks, check for snipers and play games (Fallout 3).

Write the project I work on... sadly.. But we are done by monday, so that's when my weekend start

DnD on friday night with mates, work saterday and sunday, relax monday.

Write songs, play some bass, listen to Miles.. Its all good

On weekends I am strangely enough, often devoid of any chance to hang out with friends. So I sit at the computer, alternating between the Escapist and Facebook, and hitting F5 while listening to music. For some reason, I just don't feel like playing games that much any more. I'll make time to get my ass out of the house and go for a walk/run (which one depends on the weather), because I can't spend a day stuck in the house all day without feeling like SHIT.

There is not much difference between weekend and working days for me. I'm in college and have like 17 hours a week class...

Basicly I sleep till noon every day. Study 3 hours or so. Smoke alot. Game a bit on dragon raja and go out with some friends and chase girls.
