Haven't played Red Dead yet, so I'm not sure how that'd work.

Ezio probably wouldn't fare very well in Red Dead, seeing as the landscape is pretty devoid of rooftops and hiding places, but it would be really interesting to see Marston in Renaissance Italy.

Ed would die against the enemies in AW horribly, due to his flashlight ALWAYS eating away at batteries, since Alan has a rechargeable. But Alan Wake would just kick ass. Lighting enemies on fire with his flare gun and flares. No inventory management required. Because it doesn't take much fire to kill the AitD monsters.

Now i actually wonder about one thing. Ratchet's occupation is saving the galaxy, and so is Commander Shepard's. But "plausibility" of their respective sci-fi flavors is wildly different: Mass Effect is a dramatic space opera with admirable internal consistency where everything hinges on titular mass effect, while R&C universe and it's dime-a-dozen gun shops are best fitted for cartoonish escapades involving dynamite sticks, a bucket of salmon, and time travel.

So basically, how would Ratchet and Shepard do if they were switched around? Something tells me that the answer is "not too good".
