Nicola Tesla, and make him to build his damn ray gun as well as tesla coils shoting lightning and levitate my ship XD would be epic and a half =P

but yes if i had to have someone i would have Charles Darwin and we would grab a couple of sticks and go on a cell hunt

YEAH! My favourite scientists. Nikola Tesla rules. Although the source of electricity would be small problem

But if I'm honest, I would try to find some easy to control psychopath if the reason would be surviving. It depends how far back in time (and how deep in the "dark ages") I would need to go. Tesla is my favourite so he would be my first choice anyways.

Better yet, make simple nuke, go back to stone age and go to recently discovered cave with carvings in it. Draw plans/mothods to make simple nuke, then draw a small nuclear war between villages and show that people had to run to the caves... 30 miles or so aways from caves detonate couple of nukes...

Come back to present time and see how much people were trolled by invention of nukes during stone age XD
