Timesplitters has been a small beacon of hope in the otherwise serious and boring FPS market. Seriously, timesplitters is great... Anyway, The developer, Free Radical was well into development of a fourth installment in this epic series, Timesplitters 4, however the future of the title became uncertain due to Free Radical Design going into administration on December 18, 2008. The studio was then bought by Crytek, the developers behind the Crysis series. Free Radical have changed their name to Crytek UK. As of August 17th 2009, the project has officially been declared as on hold. In a recent interview, Crytek UK claimed that they would continue the project once there is a high industry demand for such a game. We need to show there is demand! I mean come on play as a giant duck and mercilessly beat a poor ninja monkey to death with a brick while he ooh ooh aah aah's. IT'S NOT HARD!

It maybe because me and mates played the old Time splitter games relentlessly back on the ps2, but i've had some of my most favourite gaming memories with those games. Hell i'd go as far as saying TS2 and Future perfect are some of my favourite games.

The stories were good, funny, cliché, not to mention then you had all the extra modes and so much unlock able characters e.t.c.

Need this game, and if it was done using the cry engine, amazing. Man i'd play that hard online.

I think the characters of TS are some the best parts of it, theyd on't take themselves seriously at all and most of them are just for fun anyway, like the gingerbread man

That's the thing, there have been so many posts on this, so many thousands of people commenting on how much they love the series, but the petition so far has only a couple of thousand of sigs anyway, i guess people see TS4 good and dead anyway...

If you could get that partition front page on some social news site... do it, also post on all the other game site forums the sig's will sky rocket, no one hates TS's (if they do they are lying).
