Plus, Haze failing to impress anyone can't be a good indicator. I'm curious to see what they're going to do with the series, but I'm not getting my hopes up.Darkrai said:IF it does come out, It will be awesome. But, its there with Duke Nukem Forever
Yeah, when Haze came out people lost a lot of faith in Free Radical and they lost a lot of credibility, good job they had loads of credibility already from there 'epicness'Fightbulb said:Plus, Haze failing to impress anyone can't be a good indicator. Right. I forgot Free Radical made Haze. BUT, Free Radical's style would work for Timesplitters. Not for anything else.nathan-dts said:Yeah, when Haze came out people lost a lot of faith in Free Radical and they lost a lot of credibility, good job they had loads of credibility already from there 'epicness'Fightbulb said:Plus, Haze failing to impress anyone can't be a good indicator. I hate when I also post my response in the quote area.nathan-dts said:Darkrai said:What do you meen by style? The Humour they put into there games? There gameplay? Yeah but Haze was meant to be some sort of new epic game. TimeSplitters has and will always be a bit of a piss take. Taking aspects from other forms of pop culture, slamming them together and going "LOL!" It will be a laugh probably but nothing on TS2.Fightbulb said:Plus, Haze failing to impress anyone can't be a good indicator. If you played Timsplitters for the story then you kinda missed the point.Isaac Dodgson said:...Didn't Future Perfect wrap up the entire story? Where are they going to take this?
No, but a story is necessary, a game composed completely of satire will lose it's novelty quickly...Axolotl said:If you played Timsplitters for the story then you kinda missed the point.Isaac Dodgson said:...Didn't Future Perfect wrap up the entire story? Where are they going to take this?
Have they announced what consoles it'll be on yet? Last time I checked it was going to be a Wii exclusive.
Haze was a joke and no one will touch it like a dead cosplay anime fan.Darkrai said:I hate when I also post my response in the quote area.nathan-dts said:Darkrai said:What do you meen by style? Anyway, both humor and gameplay. I just saw a clip of Haze and that was the worst thing I've seen all day.
Timsplitters 1 didnt have any story, neither did Serious Sam and people love those games. Timsplitters 4 will have a story however. Everything I've seen aboiut this game looks awesome, Future Perfect is my favorite multiplayer game ever, and 4 looks like it will top it.Isaac Dodgson said:No, but a story is necessary, a game composed completely of satire will lose it's novelty quickly...
Indeed. And they changed their minds about making this an exclusive after the reviews killed it. So xbox360 owners will get the chance to play this "amazing" game (cancelled btw)hypern said:Haze was a joke and no one will touch it like a dead cosplay anime fan.Darkrai said:I hate when I also post my response in the quote area.nathan-dts said:Darkrai said:What do you meen by style?
