I never noticed this, but if you or your opponent break the statues in Bison's [Dictator's] stage, the monks actually get angry at you and will shout at either fighters from the background. This detail sadly gets lost in Super Street Fighter II HD Remix.

On the world map of the very first Final Fantasy, if you draw two lines connecting the diagonally-opposite dungeons of the Fire and Water Crystals, and the Earth and Air Crystals, the two lines intersect on top of the Temple of Chaos.
