I figure there has probably been a thread like this before but I was spurred on by the fact that there is all this juicy junk outside of Novac [http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a17/Syl1/ScreenShot1.jpg] in Fallout Vegas. If I take it, it's stealing, yet there doesn't seem to be anyone that it actually belongs to. There's no vendor or anything. It's always bothered me. I steal it anyway of course! So what tiny issue bothers you about a game you have played.
