Continuity issues can also be from one game/movie/book/whatever to its sequel.

A good OP starts.
I love the Integrity 2.0 radio station in GTA IV, and I listened to it all the time when I played the game, but there's one thing about the promo thing they play on the station for The Lazlow Show that bothers me. He started out as an intern on VRock, then took over as DJ on VRock, then he was on Entertaining America in Los Santos, then Chatterbox, and now he's on Integrity 2.0. That's how the promo should have been. Instead, the promo guy says "...on Los Angeles-based Entertaining America..." and that really bugs me. I don't know why, but it just does. Eh.

Now you.

What someone on my facebook said that someone being me, this is it:

"Anyone else notice the irony in Zombieland of the fact he likes WoW and spends his time playing it all the time and portrays himself as a loner who doesn't like people, yet spends his time playing a game thats online only and you HAVE to work with for quite a bit form what I hear , lol just an observation" That annoys me

In the new (and terrible) Version of 'War of the Worlds', How is it that Tom Cruise's son who is last seen running off to fight with the Army (Who ALL died) somehow then makes it on his own to their Aunties house in Boston (which somehow wasn't attacked in anyway?)

Jurassic park books
quite a large continuity error really

in the first book Dr. Ian Malcom dies from his infected legwound
however ... in The Lost world he is not only back alive for some reason, but is also the main character
and the book offers little to no explanation of why he's still alive
