Something I've noticed during my time on The Escapist is that many Escapists seem to be interesting in games. This is obvious, I know. But what I mean is more specifically, game development. And even more specific, the creation of their own games. Whether it's using Flash or Game Maker, Adventure Game Studios or any other downloadable program from 'tehz interwebz', quite a few Escapists I've spoken to have made their own indie games. Myself included, in fact.

So this thread is basically for everyone to share their creativity. What I propose is for this thread, much like the Art thread of last year that gets added to from time to time, to be a place where Escapists can show off their creativity and their own indie games. Simply post a link to your own games that you have made, or the download link, and play the games of others. Post feedback, good or bad, here and let people know your thoughts. A lot of us have expressed interest in the past in working in game development, including myself, and this is the time and place to showcase our growing portfolios. I'll start us off, therefore:

This was originally meant to be a variant of Pong, but using my own sprites and graphics it developed into something a little more complex. Take a look, post some feedback, and let's see all your games too! (Note that I'm aware this will just be a shameless self-promotion thread, but who cares? :D)

Okay Well, for the last 3 years I've been working on an MMO.
I also before building this MMO worked on the toolset which to create said MMO. It can be found here for anyone interested in MMO development

Seems quite interesting, just took a look and it's quite a good concept. I'm not a huge fan of MMO's myself, but I have to say that A Stwalart's Tale might just turn me... :D Well done.
