how it works is the first poster gives a location, it can be any where real or fictional, then the next poster says how they would conquer it if they had virtualy unlimited financial and military/anything means.

EX:
poster 1: france

poster 2: I'd get a megaphone go to the top of the effiel tower and say i declare war on them so they surrender to me
