Today Is "Video Game Innovation Day" in Massachusetts

For people saying, "it's just another band game, there's no innovation" - sure, to us. But if you're on the Escapist, you're pretty much cutting Edge(tm) on games compared to 99% of the world.
To a huge amount of the public, everything we do as game devs and gamers is brand new. And a title like Beatles is going to bring in a lot of people who don't game. So no, it's not innovation to us... but might as well will be to most of the people who hear about it.
So - I can forgive him... especially since I'm a MA game developer, and am mostly used to people being surprised there are any developers at all out here.
