Sam walked over to the table and grabbed a pen.
Heh, this will be easy
He thought to himself as he picked up his 5.72mm SC Pistol from the table. He carried a suppressor for it on his person and it was equipped with a laser pointer under the barrel.

On the paper he wrote down what else he might need;
'5.56mm SC-20K AR' - Bulpop assault rifle with a silencer and zoom.
'Ring Airfoil Projectiles'
'Gas Grenades'
'Snake camera'
'Flashbangs'

"Thats about all"
He said to himself mostly and walked toward the office to turn in the list.

 

[capin Rob]

Fisher stood up and walked to the door He turned to Cheryl, "Come on, I'm going to give the Team ranks for everone." He stepped out of his office and walked to the table with the paper, He looked at it. "Sam, you might want to think about adding a 20 mm sniper attachment to the SC20K."

"Hey sir, I think I got everything if you want to take a look," Black mentioned, ready to hand Fisher his list. "I got my own weapons right here for anything real close."

 

[The Zango]

Drake rolled his eyes at the mention of ranks. Rank had never been his strong point and he'd be damned if he was going to jump just because someone was preferred over him.

He shook his head ans expelled those thoughts from his head, no use dwelling on it now.

 

[Cryptorus]

"Well, since we're all doing this.." Taylor said, walking over to the table. He flipped to a page on the pad, grabbed and began writing.

"Well, that should be about it, I hope that those new IWS suits come standard issue too." Taylor said quietly to himself, walking away from the table and then sitting down on the floor against a wall, obviously not caring about getting his pants dirty.

 

[Anah'ya]

"Ah. Right. That's all then." The left corner of Cheryl's mouth twitched with a short smile as he stood up eventually. "Sir."

She backed out of the office with him and followed to the table.

Man, I had such a long post written, then forgot to press reply while I was playing a round of Conviction Co-Op.. now I missed my turn. Anyhoo. Night.

"Okay." He took Black's list.

On Sam's list he wrote in 20mm sniper attachment.

He everyone else's lists.

""Okay, Chaos you need a list, and don't worry about writeing in goggles and the suit, just write what guns, And I reccomend somthing close range." He turned to Cheryl, "You should probally writ a list too."

He turned to everyone, "Okay, I'll give you your ranks once Chaos and Cherly write their lists."

 

[Jedoro]

"Since this is our base, I prolly need to move my truck closer," Black mused, digging in his pocket for his keys. "Hey, I'll be right back, sir." Breaking into a jog, he went outside and stopped at his truck. Hopping in, he drove inside the gates, parked next to the others' vehicles, and got out, leaving his shotgun on the rack behind his seat. Before going back inside, though, he grabbed his four extra pistol magazines and attached them to his belt.

"Anyone attacks this damn place, I'll prolly be dead before I fire all these shots, but oh well," he muttered as he walked inside, locking the truck with its remote entry.

Sam chuckled and looked at Fisher.
"With all due respect sir, but the SC20K has a zoom which is more than enough for me to switch single shot and use that"

I would assume he knows how to handle himself without the right gadgets
He looked at him closer.
But I don't know. Maybe his years are getting to him

"It would work fine. But at a certain distance the 5.56 won't do much damage, and what if you have to go for their chest and they have a vest on? Your getting the 20mm. beiing a splinter Cell isn't about going in under equiped, it's about making smart choices."

 

[Jedoro]

"Okay, now hold up," Black piped in without thinking. "Either you got access to some special 20mm rounds, or you wanna give him bullets as long as his hand, and only four of 'em. The 20mm's that I'm familiar with, are used in them big ol' machine guns that jets fly around with, or crew-served sniper rifles. Are we thinkin' of the same bullets, sir?"

 

[capin Rob]

"It's a special type of 20mm, Very effective for penetration. There is a special modifaction for the SC20K so it will chambe the 20mm. I'm sure they know about it. In Splinter Cell training they teach you how to use the shot gun attachent and the 20 MM sniper attachment. Unless they changed training, if so I might have to come up there and tell the ice queen how to run things."

 

[Jedoro]

Black sighed in relief, knowing he wasn't going crazy. At least not today. He slowly held his hand up and pictured the bullet he was thinking of.

"Huh. Cause if you was gonna give them the bullets I've used, they'd have to worry about penetration if the guy had a few walls in front of him. Those things mess people up, it's awesome."

Sam looked at Fisher with a grin.
"The 5.56 will do sir"
He wasn't going to be undermined, even though Fisher knew what he was talking about.

"Now, is there anything to eat around here?"

 

[capin Rob]

Fisher smiled at Araons comment.

"I'll show you to the commons in a bit, you'll find food there, And I already put down the 20 mm on your list. Alright, I'm a little behind secdule, I'll give you your ranks now.

Cheryl looked at their CO. She kept the doubt to herself, but not the question.

"Sir.. with all due respect, I have my service pistol. That has been sufficient enough so far. What are you expecting me to gear up for?"

She kept her mouth shut about the choice of rankings, not because she'd fallen last (it perplexed her that she was on there in the first place), but because Drake had, so far, shown the discipline of a rabid dog. Well. Right. He probably knew what he was doing.

Though if push came to shove, and she'd have to guide them through the Comms, she hoped he'd listen.

 

[The Zango]

'Well that was unexpected'

Drake looked up from his disassembled SOCOM that lay by his feet and took a long drag from his cigarette. He left his pistol where it lay and proceeded over to the other SplinterCell and Cheryl. He lowered his shades to look at both of them in turn before speaking, he was just loud enough to be heard by them but not by Fisher.

"Looks like I'm bossman on this, but honestly, Cheryl I'll be deferring to you, you've got the leading know-how and the experience. Cells don't lead teams out in the fray, what the hells Fisher thinking?"

 

[Jedoro]

"Works for me," Black commented. "Snipers are best at shooting people, ain't too good at giving orders to a group."

 

[Anah'ya]

Cheryl shrugged at Drake--a mere twitch of her shoulders, no more. She still held the sheet of paper from earlier and was idly palming the pen in her right hand.

"Beats me. I'd say we just go and do this by the book, Agents. We can always edit some lines if necessary, but there's no need to re-write the whole thing."

She looked between them.

"He calls the shots, you two point the guns--and I'll make sure you get there and have everything you need. I like how simple that sounds, even though I have no fucking clue where we are going and what conditions we'll have to adapt to. Talk about going in blind."

Having said that, Cheryl complied with their CO's request. She looked for a flat enough surface, propped the sheet of paper up against it, and scribbled down a suppressor for her modified M1911, along with extra ammunition.

Then she offered both pen and sheet to Drake.

"Your turn, or would you rather I fill it for you?"
