Too Busy Doing Nothing...

I'm talking about that wonderful UNmotivational force: procrastination.

Just wondering what sorts of things my fellow Escapists do when they're procrastinating, activities that allow them to say "I'm far too busy doing nothing" rather than doing what they're really supposed to be doing/things that they really need to do.

And no saying "Logging onto the Escapist" since I'd imagine that applies to almost all of us.

I procrastinate all the time. It's my curse. Exams are coming up. I'm getting worried.

I have a maths mock-exam the day after tomorrow.
Haven't started revising yet.

I make threads on the escapist, browse the net, and very occasionally make funny content. Image macros and stuff.

OT: When I procrastinate, I do it so hard I enter different levels. Play a game? That requires me to move my fingers, so no. Post on the Escapist? See above... Game of Thrones it is.

Typically for me when I got to fill in a application form for a vacancy and suddently I just go to youtube looking for funny clips or listen to some anime music (but not listenning it while filling out the form).

Well, I quit my shitty job a week ago to try and realize my dreams (the ones possible to realize) and I just can't seem to get things going.
It's strange because hate sitting around doing nothing. I get depressed thinking about how I'm wasting my life, instead of doing what I love (and getting paid for it) but often, I end up sitting around doing nothing anyway.
I see other people moving forward and I'm thinking "I could do better than that".
I could but I'm not doing better than that. I'm hardly doing anything. I know that I'm getting older and older and if I won't get myself together, my life will be shit until the very end but still, I find it hard to convince myself to do anything about it.

IRC, and usually a bit of programming/messing around with computer settings. Today I managed to get a perverse setup where I connect a bluetooth keyboard to my computer, which sends the signal to my router, then my phone, so I don't have to use the onscreen keyboard. Tomorrow it'll probably be fixing that to something more sustainable.

Personally I keep telling myself "I'm gonna start writing this fantasy novel series soon...it's the only hope I have to really make a name for myself!" 5 years later....yeah, think I've got like......2 chapters complete? 2 Chapters I'm really not very happy with. xP
