Infomercials is a set of random skits, this was one of them. Their is no show called Too Many Cooks.

Well yeah but I thought it was a reference to some show at some point, since the rest of it was aswell.

Even before watching it, I knew this description right here basically describes a good sum of most of Adult Swim's own one-off shorts of this manner...

OT: You know, I would actually would watch a sitcom-type show called "Too Many Cooks", with each season adding in more and more various characters and more and more locals and implied situations, both live-action and, later, animated, up until it all falls apart by the sound of a serial killer successfully killing their targets one by one in slasher-based fashion...

Also, that theme song was so perfect, it became too irritating to ignore out of sheer endurance... Download, please!
