Righto, that's 10 titles. I realize that not all of these are PS3 exclusives, but I don't really care. I haven't played any of them on anything other than the PS3, so my opinion stays firm. I am also sure that I have forgotten tons of games on this list.

Uncharted was pretty good
I thought FF13 was a alright game, might want to rent it or borrow it cause it seems to be a hit or miss
Demons Soul (or whatever) was a pretty good game, if you could get through it.
inFamous is worth picking up
MAG is an interesting (and hectic) FPS if your looking for that kind of game
Oblivion was a pretty good game to just mess around and relax in
Little Big Planet is one of the funner platformers I've played
GTA4 was another game that is pretty fun to mess around in, but I didn't care much for the campgain
Red Dead Redemption is a very fun western game, and I didn't find the travel times that bad really
Forza something or other is apparently a good racing game, but I never liked racing games so if you are into those kinds of games you might want to research that a bit more

I have a hard time listing Heavy Rain or MGS4 as good games. Good interactive movies, maybe, but not fantastic games.
Infamous and Uncharted however, these are excellent games.
I don't much care for the PS3 shooters all that much either, I've yet to be impressed by an exclusive in this genre (thus Killzone and Resistance = meh), so I'd throw in some Heavenly Sword or Demon's Souls or God of War instead. But that's just me.

I am going back only 10 months and these are my top 10 PS3 games.
10. Ratchet And Clank: A Crack in Time - shocked me how good it was
9. Skate 3 - best skateboard game in years
8. Final Fantasy XIII - some of the best console graphics ive ever seen
7. NHL 10 - love the series and this doesnt disappoint
6. Red Dead Redemption - game is fantastic, fun and maybe best western game ever
5. 3d Dot Game Heroes - holy retro game and its addicting as hell
4. Heavy Rain - unique game thats real fun, attracts people who dont normally play games
3. MLB 10 the show - best baseball game out
2. Uncharted 2 - better acting than Indy 4 and real fun to play

I only have 6 PS3 games... so in order from best to worst...

The only game that didn't make the list was Resistance, mostly because it's frustratingly difficult... of course, I'm a PC/360 gamer and I'm so used to the other controls for FPS games that when I switched to the PS3 controls they felt strange to me... Oh, and the PlayStation Store has Flower which I've found to be extremely relaxing (maybe because I'm a massive sissy and sometimes I don't feel like murdering people all the time) and I also bought Final Fantasy VII and I would like it a lot more if I didn't have to keep asking my friend for directions.
