Yay good work Escapist! This site has soo much more then just Zero Punctuation (though that is a gem too) and is one of the few places where you're not drowned in the bile of the internet.

It's kinda sad, because The Escapist is so much more than ZP, yet this magazine, like most other people, doesn't care to recognize the fact. Yes, they do mention a feature story (one, from a weekly set of several), but how can they fail to notice the brilliant, professional and unique way in which news are selected, presented and opinions on them expressed? The various columns? The other videos? The comic strips? The list goes on. Because all of them happen to be excellent and deserve the same level of acclaim.

Funny, I actually did a very similar thing today, I banned someone on my forums for winning the douche of the day competition.

Yahtzee is probably the most likely reason why people come to the site in the first place, but the more curious gamer will probably look around more at what Escapist has to offer, like forums and such.
