The latest series of the world's most popular show is just about finished here in Aus (about a month ago in the UK) so I thought I would just collect your thoughts on some of your favourite moments from another great series.

My favourite moment was Clarkson's idea of proving how good the new Ford Focus' is by escaping a muscle car in a shopping mall and then storming the beach with his military pals.

Feel free to let out some stigisms.

The vietnam special was one of the best pieces of television I have seen ever. I hope that SBS at least make it a 2 part episode rather than trying to cut 100 minutes of great television down to fit 45 minutes of commercial friendly TV.

Finalgear is a godsend to those of us who live outside of the UK as far as top gear is concerned.

I think all three specials they have done have been brilliant.

Just out of interest do people see TopGear as more of a motoring show or an entertainment show?

Agreed.

And it's entertainment. In the older shows they used to go into in depth discussions about the mechanics and technicalities. Now they claim ignorance as soon as any engineering related discussion comes about. Mind you if they didn't, they wouldn't have the audience they do now.

I thought the Vietnam special was one of the best things ever. I could probably go on about Top Gear all day, but I'll refrain for everyone's sake.

Fun fact: my username here and pretty much everywhere else is loosely related to Top Gear, specifically something I misquoted from the Winter Olympics special.

Also, I vote Richard Hammond for the title of World's Greatest Living Human. Who's with me?

Go on all you like.
I'm all about Hammond taking the gold.
