I think it's an anime movie called Mind Game(or Minad Games,or Mind Fuck) , and it will make you trip balls harder then a mixture of crack, meth and horse tranquilizers.

I agree with the list, mostly.
There's some fine-ass movies on there.
As for other trippy films:

Dr. Strangelove was pretty far out there, as were A Clockwork Orange and Curse of the Golden Flower.

The Departed, so fucking trippy. [/sarcasm]

I can't really remember anything trippy. I know a music video that's pretty trippy:

For me, any of the Evangelion movies. Even after watching the whole series before I was still spaced to hell.

To some extent I also want to say The Butterfly Effect. Especially the Director's Cut with the 'proper' ending.

Well, your list has Eraserhead, so that'd make both our lists pretty close.

Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind and Frida were pretty trippy, though thankfully, less disturbing movies.

Eraserhead, definitely. Especially the middle part.

EDIT: Damnit, you already have that. Then I would choose Inland Empire.

It's not super trippy, but there are a lot of scenes were Frida's imagination becomes visualized. Like, right after the bus accident where she has a nightmare about skeletons dressed as medical personnel or when she and Diego go to New York and you see him reinact the final scene from King Kong.
