I am a gamer for many reasons. I grew up during the 90s, when gaming took a huge turn for 3D. I was given a gift of both an NES and N64 within about 2 years of each other, and started saving money to buy games. I'm a gamer nowadays because I keep up with gaming news, reviewers who mention which games are good and which aren't, and although I don't make that much money, I still have enough to invest in at least 1 game a month whether it be a new title or an older game that I never got a chance to play. I'm also a gamer because I own about 10 systems from varying companies, and have a computer that can play most modern titles.

About 40% of my everyday current jokes have game references in them. (Eg: Dodged a conversation with the boss today, saw the red lasers of that claymore.)

Currently, I have graduated from school and awaiting going into the army for about seven months and what do I do when Im not out hanging with friends or training in the gym? I game.

I consider myself a gamer because I have been playing video games for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a Sega Genesis and Sonic and since then there has always been a console in my house. I've played a variety of games and have a good understanding of games in general. I also make games and spend more time than I should on a certain gaming forum. *cough* This one *cough*
