Be advised, with The Old Republic pre order your bank statement may end up looking a little weird.
It seems the way that Origin is handling the pre Order situation is to automatically bill for the amount in full for the game despite claiming its a 5$ pre order. That in and of itself might confuse someone, especially when they receive the confirmation email that claims they are being billed 5$ for the pre order, so prepare to be even more confused if you attempted to prepurchase instead of preorder.
The confusing part is, Origin knows of this issue, and the resolution is to allow pre orders to continue to process in this fashion without informing customers, and automatically refunding everyone the total purchase price that is charged minus the 5$ for the pre order.
So, I fully suggest anyone who pre ordered the game today to check your bank statement and be prepared for it to potentially adversely effect your account if you were not in fact prepared to pay MSRP today. It will .... eventually.... be resolved, but it may inadvertently cause some people excess fees due to this irresponsible and questionably illegal method of transaction.
