Torchlight II: Will it ever see release?

So I pre-ordered Torchlight II yonks ago and it just keeps getting pushed back. Now their latest release schedule: Summer 2012 is almost passed. Seriously, summer is over in a few days and I haven't heard anything about it's release.

I was just wondering if the Escapist community had any ears to the ground? Is there any news about a solid release time for this game or am I just going to have to keep waiting around like a berk?

I don't want to argue semantics here but the summer solstice in NA doesn't end until Sept 21/22. If they really wanted, Runic could release the game Sept 20 and claim it was still released in the summer.
