Edit: So the post got kind of long, if you cant manage to read all of it here's a short version:
Shadow vault mobs scaling too fast, floors not resetting, I be fucked, help. xD.
So this is a longshot considering the game has only been out for like like..two days, but any info related to the PC version just doesn't apply to this one because of mods and patches and whatnot.
Anyways, I cleared the mains storyline around two hours ago, which permenantly unlocks the shadow vault for all of your characters from then on, the shadow vault bassicly is an infinite floor dungeon with random layouts and random enemies, complete with NPCs up top who shovel out infinite quests so you can always be busy.
Sounds great on paper, but the issue Im having is that I was told the enemies inside scale with your level, in that whenever you enter a new floor and the mobs respawn, they respawn the same level as you so as to always maintain a good challenge and reward.
Now the problem is that this isnt whats happening, instead the enemies are just gaining 1 or 2 levels every floor regardless of my level, which very quickly caused them to outlevel me by 6 or 7, and start one shotting my ass, and it doesn't seem to show any signs of stopping, and to make matters worse the floors dont seem to reset, so once you go to a given floor, the layout, enemies, and enemy levels seem to be set in stone, bassicly trapping you in a situation where you either have to brave the overlevelled mobs at the floor your on, or start back at the top and fight enemies god knows how many levels below you, since theres no waygate or anything to port you to a given floor, you just have to start back at 1 if you lose the portal from wherever you were.
Which wouldn't be a problem if the dungeons reset and randomized and scaled levels over again, since floor one would just be another random room with random enemies the same level as you.

I just wanted to see if anyone, maybe someone with prior experience in the PC version or anything had some suggestions for making the shadow vault work, since I was hoping I could use it to bring my characters up to 100, preferably a way to make the floors reset that I may have missed, as an hour of google searching has yielded no help in the slightest.
