I saw Toy Story 3 today and I thought it was brilliant. The story, animation and chracters were all superb. If anyone else has seen it do you feel the same way. Oh, by the way I'm 16.

EDIT: OH yeah it's also the first movie in a long time that conjered up emotions.

Toy Story has come thiiiiiiiiiiiiis close to supplanting Star Wars as my favorite trilogy of all time.
Imagine the width of a coin. That's how close.

Loved it. I have to say, it was a bit more intense than I was expecting. When they all held hands, I almost cried... almost.

It probably helps that they reference Star Wars in every movie.

I've seen it recently, and I absolutely loved it. Toy Story is now one of my favorite trilogies ever.

And yes, I cried.

Is it really as good as everyone is making it out to be...? If so, I might have to check it out some time.

Literally was laughing out loud at
potato head as a tortilla wrap

I didn't cry as much I wanted to (considering that song from the second always gets me) but the most I welled up, oddly, was at the beginning when:
we're shown footage of Andy growing up still playing with his toys as the credits hum along, playing the franchise's patented "You gotta friend in me". Then when it gets to "our friendship will never die" it cuts everything, just for a second. Brilliance. Holding hands scene was amazing, mind.

Movie of the year, and as you said OP, first movie in a LONG time that "conjured up emotions" in me.

I loved it, all my favourite characters were back and it both warmed and broke my heart equally. It was one of those movies with substance and real soul, I loved it.

It was awesome, especially the beginning part with the train. Man, that was like mainlining nostalgia. I felt like a kid again throughout the whole movie.

As long as Pixar doesn't totally sell out and make a crappy prequel trilogy for Toy Story, I think it wins in my book.

Everyone in my family loved the first two movies. We'll see the third one as soon as we can.

I can't bloody wait!

Those were all great scenes, but the one that got me was the very ending of the movie... the nostalgia stick beat me over the head.

Ok, according to your profile you were born in 1994, is this correct? And if it is, this means that you probably remember watching Toy Story growing up, so it was one of your childhood movies. If all of this is true, there is an 100% chance that you will cry at some point. Keep that in mind.
