Ever heard of the TPP? Even if you have, did you forget it still existed?

While on the surface it appears to be another run of the mill international trade agreement it contains everything that we hated about SOPA and PIPA. Worse yet is that it is designed to be a future template for trade agreements with other nations who will have no ability to negotiate any of the terms and provisions. Another point of great concern would be the overwhelming litigation powers it gives corporations.

What are your thoughts? Will this pass, do you think it will be as bad as people fear, or do you simply not care?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention; it is of grave concern but it seems our responses are limited. Most of the resistance to this was prevalent in 2012 it seems. I fear the persistence of wealthy corporations aiming for broader jurisdiction far outweighs that of the common citizen.
