Trading in Games

I recently traded in a several games for Overlord 2. Ive never done it before but as it was my only chance of getting it. Id thought id give it a try and now Im thinking of trading all my old games I dont play on to get some new games.

So I was wondering does anyone else in this Forums trade any their old games or keep them for playing purposes and earn money for new games?

"Trading in" games is a complete rip-off. If you actually want to get value for your games, use an auction site like ebay or an actual trading site like gametz.com. Giving Gamestop six of your games so you can get a new one is insane, unless of course you're really, really, really lazy. In that case, go nuts.

It does avoid having to use actual money, but like Thunderhorse31 above me says; it is a rip-off. £8 for Gears of War 2, in tern they sell for £19.99 is just well, do the math.
