Woot. Let's just hope it supports Local Co-op for all of the X-bots. I am SICK of having to pay to be in an online match with someone down the street >_<
Split-Screen for the console versions my friend, and there may also be the possibility of unlocking the splitscreen in the PC version like on the Left 4 Dead games.

That video kinda let me down....could do that alone. Excited as hell for the game.
Not unless you had a portal gun that can shoot around corners!
You could set up the first two for the infinite falling loop alone, but you need the second guy to reposition the portal to launch him up.
But I feel your let down, mostly because I want to see something more substantial...i.e. I want the game right now.

Anyway, co-op looks great, and the trailer (more of a teaser) put a smile on my face, so mission accomplished.

Those two robots make a cool and funny duo as someone else pointed out.
Can't wait, so 2 mind fucks are better than 1.

Alrighty, this should be a solid game from Valve. Looking forward to when I can pick a copy up for less than $30....

Oh, I cannot wait. Portal 2, Halo: Reach, Fable 3, Gears 3, Hunted, CoD: BlOps (lol), Scott Pilgrim, Rock Band 3 and the new L4D 1 & 2 DLC?

Such a great time for couch co-op. I predict many nights that include friends, beer, pizza, Xbox and broken noses. Rock on!

This looks like so much fun, you cannot believe.
My only worry is that finding good co-op partners online is going to be like finding a toothbrush in a tree-trunk.
I was thinking a german shepherd in a pile of shitzus, in the dark. Nibbly!

Well not everybody can be against GlaDOS and her violent robicidal ways...
Remember, those who grief only further GlaDOS's goals and her own destiny.

Oh sweet merciful... does Valve know that not everyone has friends, and playing this with a stranger will cause sever metal trauma. Even alone, I can only imagine my reaction to attempting to complete these levels: FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

And I still can't wait for this game. Damn masochism.

More Portal is always a good thing, but will a coop mode be good for me...

My friends are kind of dumb, so it might take them a lot longer than me to solve puzzles. So it might be a chore doing the coop mode. And for stupid people they won't really be solving the puzzles, so will they still feel that sense of accomplishment that is so important?
