OT: This makes no sense for the government in the DR series to keep allowing these outbreaks to happen. Entire cities being destroyed is bad for the economy which is then bad for the government. And yet they're always like "eh... lets see how this plays out."

I trust that the headline/caption is pure unadultered sarcasm, killing zombies hasn't looked so dull in ages. This isn't Dead Rising at all.
