This looks promising. I was never expecting a masterpiece to come from this, but it looks like it's a lot of good fun, and that's good enough for me.

Awful song though, I sincerely hope that was not in any way a preview of the soundtrack. Wouldn't wanna have to play this on mute.

Shame about them mutilating the song in such a way. Gameplay looks fun, although even this 2 minute trailer was enough of Duke's persona for me. I might just stick with Serious Sam 3 for now.

Nah, most game trailers use tracks completely unrelated to the game. For example, as far as I'm aware no Justice was played in Assassin's Creed 2, but the TV ad uses that.

Shame though that that *is* the case as I would love to hear War Pigs playing through Gears 3 - seems unlikely though.

Normally I find Dukes persona infuriatingly to mildly annoying, but that "I'd still hit it" provoked a genuine LOL.

Played the demo and canceled my preorder. Controls were horrible, it seemed like a bad version of Call of Duty, and nothing like the more open nature of the old duke. Also I don't have the money, can't risk it on something that may or may not turn out well, the risk being in the fact that the demo was one big MEH. Looks like a lot of people are with me looking at other boards.
