So, the electric man is getting Ice, as we knew, and some kind of fire bird? Unless that's just a dark side power. Still, I'm weighing up a pre-order.

Am I the only one who's happy Cole isn't just the lightning guy anymore? Granted, I like the lightning power more than any other they could have thrown out, ever, but the way they implemented it made him seem...weak. At the very least, they didn't add in some BS "His powers evolved naturally". The little mini-ray...stick thing he said seems to be quite a legitimate plot point in respect to his abilities. However... I thought I remembered something in the first game about the device that gave Cole his abilities only activating a part of his anatomy that allowed him to do things like that, hence all the other superpowered guys running around. This could still be turned around though, by establishing this new device as something that alters Cole's biological make up to enable him to use these abilities.
