That was my primary complaint with this game.ZeroG131 said:This doesn't look anything like Prey, but that might be a good thing. I've been looking around and not a lot of people found the first Prey enjoyable. Maybe this will cater more to what people want. I found Prey 1 enjoyable, but this could be an interesting direction for the IP. I just hope it doesn't get the cawadoody treatment.
^This. Bounty hunting game? Colour me interested, I was always into stuff like this. Slightly concerned over the choice of first person rather than third person for it but... we'll see, could work.Reyalsfeihc said:I never played the original Prey but that had to be one of the most interesting, mind-blowing trailers I've ever watched.

Can't wait to hear more details about this game. Bethesda looks to have another awesome title in the works.
Although, I'm not quite sure how this relates to Prey 1...
Unfortunately I have to agree. I love Bethesda's games (and they haven't started showing signs of selling their soul like Bioware) but they've been producing (not making) some sub par games since Fallout 3. I don't mean bad games, mind you, I mean games that simply don't live up to their industry leading track record. That said I wouldn't call them cash grabs there needs to be more middle ground between XBLA indie games and AAA sequels to established IPs so I'm very happy that they've been producing games for lesser known developers.Gralian said:Considering Bethesda's appalling track record recently (the disappointments that were Brink and Hunted, nothing more than cash grabs) i'll likely be steering clear of this.
